Welcome To

Habit Builder Club

I'm so glad you're here! Build your custom tracker and then add me as a friend so we can hold each other accountable.

No matter what time of year it is, TODAY is a great day to just get started. Pick 2 things that are important to you in your personal or professional life. Put those in your GOALS section.

Now think about what simple, daily actions you could take to move yourself closer to becoming "that person", feeling "that way", or achieving "that goal"

Start small and stay consistent. It's all about building the habit over time. You can always go back and re-build your tracker.

โœจ How It Works
1
Set 1โ€“2 goals for the next 12 weeks. Think short term, what can you realistically achieve in only 12 weeks?
2
Choose daily & weekly habits that move you toward each goal. These can be as simple as drinking water, reading, or spending 10 minutes on a hobby or craft.
3
Track your execution every day. This is the most important part! It's black and white, either you did it or you did not do it.
4
Watch your habits build over time. Review and adjust for the next 12 weeks. Simple actions, repeated daily, compounded over time.
๐Ÿ’ก Key Features
Execution Scoring. Every day you either put a Check or an X, there is no in between. You'll get a weekly execution score % and you can see week over week how you're doing.
Friends Feature. Invite friends to track alongside you and see each other's progress. Search by Name or Email and invite someone to help hold you accountable!
Weekly Planning. Use "planning slots" to save text, notes, or ideas for the weekly habits. I use it to track my social media posts and who I asked for a referral.
Rebuild at anytime if you made a mistake. Habits are tracked for roughly 12 weeks. You will automatically be prompted to create new Goals and new Habits on the 1st Monday of a new Quarter.

Let's Build Your Tracker

In the next few steps, you'll set your goals, choose your habits, and launch your tracker. You can start using it right away.

Quarterly Resets: You have big goals for the year, but life gets busy. The idea of this tracker is to hyper focus on the next 12 or so weeks in front of you. On the first Monday of every Quarter, you'll be prompted to build your tracker for the next Quarter (set new goals and choose new habits).
The last 12 weeks are not lost, you can see all of your past entries by navigating to the "Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4" buttons at the top of your screen. Make sure to reflect back on your progress!
"What I choose to do right now does matter." Every โœ… is a vote toward the future you want. This tracker helps you see those votes clearly as they compound week over week.

Tips for Choosing Habits

1Be specific. Not "exercise more," instead, "Walk 30 minutes daily" or "Strength training 3x/week"
2Make it actionable. Each habit should be something you can check off as either DONE or NOT DONE. There's no in between.
3Choose the right frequency. Not everything needs to be daily. 3x/week or weekly habits are powerful too
4Use planning slots for habits that need a "who" or "what" each week. You can plan ahead and your notes will save in those text slots each week. I use them for social media posts or names & addresses of who I need to send handwritten cards to.
5Start with 2-4 habits. You can always rebuild later! It's better to nail a few than juggle too many
๐Ÿš€

You're Ready

This isn't about perfection. It's about showing up consistently and making small votes toward the life you want.

Don't forget to Score Your Day. Reflect back on what you actually got done, think ahead to what your priorities are for tomorrow, and list any opportunities for improvement. Journal this daily!
